Where are the New York Boutiques for a vintage, hipster, rock and roll, grungy style?

I am planning to go to New York soon and i would like to know what are the names of some New York boutiques. They don't have to be very expensive. I am also a stylist so I really want boutiques that have vintage, cool hipster rock and roll type of fashions. Also are there any streets that are dedicated strictly for shopping.|||Topshop, Urban Outfitters, Opening Ceremony(boutique with a variety of designers),you can find vintage shops sprawled throughout the city, and each is unique. I would say the West %26amp; East Village have the best ones. The Chelsea %26amp; Brooklyn Flea Markets are amazing places to find one of a kind pieces. Even the large chain stores like Zara, H%26amp;M, and Uniqlo will offer great finds.
