Where can i find a dress that is rock and roll but still classy?

i am going to a wedding in july and i need to find a dress to wear and i would like a dress that shows my personality which is rock and roll, emo, and punk.|||Keeping in mind your standards, I found a couple of dresses at Forever 21 website (link below.) The little black dress is always an easy, cute option. They're classic AND cute. The second and third ones are black, as well as the first, and both are low-budget. I got one and it looked classy, but punk at the same time|||I'm from Ireland living in Dallas. There is a British store called river Island and they have the most gorgeous clothes. When I went back at Christmas I found a short aqua green dress with hand sewn sequence it looks very expensive and the quality is fab.
